Golden Coast Chinese Restaurant

The food here isn’t great to be truthful. The portions are ridiculously tiny and taste wise not even worth it. Prices are through the roof. I ordered the prawns and got two prawns that had a rubbery consistency with not a great bit of flavour. For dessert I had a white chocolate dome which could’ve easily been for marks and Spencer’s. Quite honestly , you can find food to the exact same standard at another restaurant for less of a life’s fortune. The thing you pay for is the view, so if you’re trying to impress someone with atmosphere and location I’d go here, but I’d act surprised when they say the food ain’t great.

My husband my parents and I had a lovely meal in the Coast Restaurant. Our waitress Grace went above and beyond for our table. Checking in on us, ensuring our experience was delightful and enjoyable. My father is hard of hearing and Grace was so patient and helpful with the menu. We didn’t feel rushed or unwanted as we have felt in restaurants before. The atmosphere was outstanding and the food was great.

I booked the coast resturant for the afters of my baby’s christening . Every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful the food was and the staff could not of done more . There was 36 of us and the accommodated anything we needed . The staff were phenomenal even with a large group that may seem overwhelming . They also put our cake out the was sourced from outside with no complaints . The view is beautiful looking over the sea and I will 100% be returning in the future.
